Across TCGA cell cohorts, TC2N RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,609 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TC2N-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity. Each is linked with TC2N in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TC2N-to-partner and partner-to-TC2N results are reported.
