Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBXAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, KLHL6, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with TBXAS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXAS1-to-partner and partner-to-TBXAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBXAS1 versus GBP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
