TBXAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, PCNA, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TBXAS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXAS1-to-partner and partner-to-TBXAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by TBXAS1-low versus TBXAS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
