TBX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, DCTPP1, and RFTN1. Each is linked with TBX6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX6-to-partner and partner-to-TBX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX6 versus HIRIP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
