TBX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNQP2, RN7SL447P, and SNORD105. Each is linked with TBX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX6-to-partner and partner-to-TBX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNQP2 grouped by TBX6-low versus TBX6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
