Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,146 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation. Each is linked with TBX6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX6-to-partner and partner-to-TBX6 results are reported.
