TBX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, FBXO40, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with TBX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX6-to-partner and partner-to-TBX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by TBX6-low versus TBX6-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
