TBX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,364 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPA3, RET, and CACNA1H. Each is linked with TBX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX3-to-partner and partner-to-TBX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX3 versus CPA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
