Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,458 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sinoatrial node cell differentiation, Sinoatrial node cell development, and Cardiac jelly development. Each is linked with TBX3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX3-to-partner and partner-to-TBX3 results are reported.
