TBX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Cyclin-B1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with TBX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX20-to-partner and partner-to-TBX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TBX20-low versus TBX20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
