Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Atrioventricular canal development, Cytoplasmic translation, and Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with TBX20 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX20-to-partner and partner-to-TBX20 results are reported.
