TBX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,230 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBX2_S360, CYGB, and TBX2_S676. Each is linked with TBX2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX2-to-partner and partner-to-TBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX2 versus TBX2_S360 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
