TBX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, HSCB, and CKS2. Each is linked with TBX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX2-to-partner and partner-to-TBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by TBX2-low versus TBX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
