TBX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RXFP3, ASB17, and CFAP97D2. Each is linked with TBX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX2-to-partner and partner-to-TBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RXFP3 grouped by TBX2-low versus TBX2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
