TBX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,727 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBLN1, PRKG1, and MYL6. Each is linked with TBX18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX18-to-partner and partner-to-TBX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX18 versus FBLN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
