TBX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, TFRC, and FASN. Each is linked with TBX18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX18-to-partner and partner-to-TBX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TBX18-low versus TBX18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
