Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,668 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of SA node cell action potential, Potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with TBX18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX18-to-partner and partner-to-TBX18 results are reported.
