Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTC, CENPVL3, and AGRP. Each is linked with TBX18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX18-to-partner and partner-to-TBX18 results are reported.
