TBX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASTOR2, ZNF280B, and IGHD6-6. Each is linked with TBX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX10-to-partner and partner-to-TBX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASTOR2 grouped by TBX10-low versus TBX10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
