Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,549 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tongue morphogenesis, Soft palate development, and tRNA transcription. Each is linked with TBX1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX1-to-partner and partner-to-TBX1 results are reported.
