TBRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,914 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, CUL5, and DAPK3. Each is linked with TBRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TBRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBRG1 versus RPL5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
