Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,390 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBRG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Protein localization to nucleoplasm, and Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with TBRG1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TBRG1 results are reported.
