Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,732 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA5, CACNA1I, and CHGA. Each is linked with TBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TBR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 versus PNPLA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
