Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with TBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TBR1 results are reported.
