TBPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, FKBP3, and RBBP8. Each is linked with TBPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBPL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGXB4 grouped by TBPL2-low versus TBPL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
