Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBPL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBPL1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TBPL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBPL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and COAD are the cancer types where TBPL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
