TBPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCLAF1, MDN1, and PARP4_T101. Each is linked with TBPL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-TBPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBPL1 versus BCLAF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
