TBPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P8, MIR3135A, and RNU4-45P. Each is linked with TBPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-TBPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P8 grouped by TBPL1-low versus TBPL1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
