Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TBPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-TBPL1 results are reported.
