Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, BAZ1B, and PTPN12. Each is linked with TBL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBL2 versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
