TBL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,810 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC50, ZNF45, and PSIP1. Each is linked with TBL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBL2 versus CCDC50 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
