TBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8087, C11orf54, and ZNF527. Each is linked with TBL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8087 grouped by TBL2-low versus TBL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
