Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,544 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with TBL2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBL2 results are reported.
