TBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54, RHOXF2, and FAM205A. Each is linked with TBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL2-to-partner and partner-to-TBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by TBL2-low versus TBL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
