TBL1Y

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL1Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,463 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of actin monomers, Axis specification, and Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with TBL1Y in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1Y-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1Y results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL1Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL1Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
