Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBL1XR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBL1XR1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TBL1XR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBL1XR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, GBM, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TBL1XR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
