Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,488 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, HSP90AB1, and TIMM23. Each is linked with TBK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TBK1 results are reported.
