TBK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,225 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT18, DOK3, and ZNF683. Each is linked with TBK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TBK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
