The most reproducible TBK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein acetylation, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with TBK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TBK1 results are reported.
