Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBCK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBCK data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TBCK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBCK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCS, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where TBCK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
