TBCK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,115 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, PTPN1, and RPL3. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCK versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
