TBCK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN2B, ACSM5, and MS4A4E. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCK versus SCN2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
