TBCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS6P1, RNA5SP243, and IGLV8-61. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS6P1 grouped by TBCK-low versus TBCK-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
