TBCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Dvl3, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dvl3 grouped by TBCK-low versus TBCK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
