Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of intracellular mRNA localization. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.
