Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,576 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B2, PXYLP1, and KCNJ11. Each is linked with TBCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCK-to-partner and partner-to-TBCK results are reported.
