TBCEL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,401 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, TBRG4, and ILK. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCEL versus KANK2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
