TBCEL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCEL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, LMOD1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCEL versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
