TBCEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCEL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Caveolin-1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by TBCEL-low versus TBCEL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
