Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,116 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome assembly, Protein polyubiquitination, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.
